Jobby.es Terms and Conditions
Jobby.es is an online service that provides job seekers and employers a
hub for English speaking jobs in Spain.
1. Eligibility
By visiting Jobby.es, you are agreeing and accepting our terms and
conditions. You represent and warrant to Jobby.es that you have the right,
authority and capacity to agree and to abide by these terms. You also
represent and warrant to Jobby.es that you will use Jobby.es in a manner
that is consistent and compliant with all Spanish Laws.
2. Use of content
Jobby.es authorises you to view and access the content available on Jobby.es
solely for legal use.
All text, graphics, logos, images, buttons, icons, software and other
content (collectively, "content") are protected under Spanish and
international copyright, trademark and other laws.
All content is the property of Jobby.es and its content suppliers and or
users. Unauthorised use of the content may violate copyright, trademark and
other laws. You must retain all copyright, trademark, servicemark and other
proprietary notices contained in the original Content on any copy you make
of the Content.
You may not sell or modify the Content or reproduce, display, publicly
perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Content in any way for any public,
private, or commercial purpose without clearly stating the source and
providing a link to the original Content on Jobby.es.

3. Jobby.es liability
Jobby.es acts as a hub for candidates to search jobs and employers to post
job offers. Jobby.es is not involved in the actual transaction between
employers and candidataes. As a result, Jobby.es has no control over the
quality, safety or the legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or
accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job
opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job
openings or any Content and makes no representations about any jobs or User
Content on Jobby.es.
In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the
risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals,
underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all
risks associated with dealing with other users with whom You come in contact
with through Jobby.es. By its very nature, other people's information may be
offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or
deceptively labeled. We expect that You will use caution and common sense
when using Jobby.es
Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, Jobb.yes cannot
and does not confirm that each User is who they claim to be. Because we do
not and cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings or control the behavior
of participants on Jobby.es in the event that You have a dispute with one or
more Users, You release Jobby.es (and our agents, collaborators, partners
and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential,
direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected
and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way
connected with such disputes.
Jobby.es Content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Jobby.es
makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or
timeliness of any JObby.es Content. The use of Jobby.es is at your own risk.
Changes are periodically made to Jobby.es and may be made at any time.
You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the form,

You on Jobby.es. Jobby.es is not to be considered to be an employer with
respect to your use of Jobby.es and Jobby.es shall not be responsible for
any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any entity posting
jobs on Jobby.es.

use of Jobby.es. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained
by a User from Jobby.es shall create any warranty not expressly stated
herein.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty.
JOBBY.ES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT JOBBY.ES WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ITS
SERVERS ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. IF YOUR
USE OF JOBBY.ES CONTENT RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING
EQUIPMENT OR DATA, THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS. JOBBY.ES
CONTENT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
JOBBY.ES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY MAKES NO
WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF
THE JOBBY.ES CONTENT, SERVICES, SOFTWARE, TEXT, GRAPHICS, AND LINKS.
5. Disclaimer of Consequential Damages.
IN NO EVENT SHALL JOBBY.ES, ITS SUPPLIERS, EMPLOYEES, OWNERS, DESIGNERS OR
ANY THIRD PARTIES MENTIONED ON JOBBY.ES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST
PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION)
RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE JOBBY.ES SITE AND JOBBY.ES
CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL
THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT JOBBY.ES IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES.
6. Limitation of Liability.
JOBBY.ES' MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY THE
JOBBY.ES SITE OR YOUR USE OF THE JOBBY.ES CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE
OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE), WILL
NOT EXCEED 100 EUROS.

Jobby.es contains links to third party web sites. These links are provided
solely as a convenience to You and not as an endorsement by the Company of
the contents on such third-party Web sites. The Company is not responsible
for the content of linked third-party sites and does not make any
representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third
party Web sites. If You decide to access linked third-party Web sites, You
do so at your own risk.
8. No Resale or Unauthorized Commercial Use.
You agree not to resell or assign your rights or obligations under these
Terms of Use. You also agree not to make any unauthorized commercial use of
Jobby.es, its Content, or anything from the Jobby.es website without abiding
by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
9. Indemnity.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Jobby.es harmless, its affiliates,
and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and
against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation
reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) any
User Content or other material You provide to Jobby.es, (ii) your use of any
Jobby.es Content, or (iii) your breach of the terms of these Terms of Use.
The Company shall provide notice to You promptly of any such claim, suit, or
proceeding.
10. Term and contact
These Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect while You are a User
of Jobby.es at any level. Jobby.es reserves the right, at its sole
discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited
to terminate your ability to access Jobby.es or any other services provided
to You by Jobby.es, upon any breach by You of these Terms of Use or if the
Company is unable to verify or authenticate any information that You submit
to Jobby.es. Even after You are no longer a User of Jobby.es, certain
provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in effect, including Sections 2
